A beautiful modern wood fence, an updated deck, modern patio furniture, a BBQ, and a cozy firepit area all surrounded by crisp landscaping…making this our guests’ favourite place to hang out, especially during the warmer months of the year.

We provide all bed linens, towels and a starter kit of necessities like toilet paper, paper towel, etc
1 Full bathroom with tub is available on the main floor.
There is ample room for 4-6 cars in the private driveway
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for great meals and entertaining. An assortment of spices, olive oil, tea & coffee, and other treats are provided to get you started. Keurig coffee machine & Bodum French press also available
The property is in a fabulous location. You can walk to almost anywhere in town. 5 minute walk to Main street and restaurants, 6 minute walk to the Waterfront.
Stay connected with complimentary wifi throughout the property.
Large capacity and modern Washer and Dryer is available off the library/lounge room
Guests enjoy the entire property to themselves.
The town of Huntsville requires that all Vacation rentals be fully licensed and registered. Guests can take comfort with the fact that we are a fully licensed property adhering to all rules and regulations.
We provide you with essentials to get you started. Papertowl, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, etc.
TV in the living room, and in the upstairs bedroom. Access to Netflix & Prime, or simply add your account to online services.
Fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms present.
Central heating is available throughout the house. The upstairs room has a space heater in the colder months and an A/C unit in the summer. The rest of the house stays rather cool in the summer.
An assortment of board games is provided for your enjoyment and family/friend rivalries.
We have also provided a pack n play, a bassinet, and a high chair for all those guests with babies and infants. Hopefully, this makes your stay more comfortable.
Work in comfort and silence. There are a few areas and tables where you can sit down and get work done.
Enjoy cozy time around the outdoor firepit.
Outdoor propane BBQ is provided for your enjoyment.

Our property is within walking distance to almost everything in town. You can leave the car in the driveway and walk to main street, the waterfront, restaurants, the conference center, and other attractions including the Muskoka heritage place, the train, Lion’s Lookout and in the winter walk to the Eclipse Light Walk. Take in a theatre production or concert at the Huntsville Theatre, all walking distance. Again, the location is fantastic.
